In the month of October'20, I had purchased a posture perfect mattress, but after using it for 4 months I did not find it comfortable while sleeping, hence I wrote to the company to replace the mattress. The company responded quickly and sent their representative to verify my complaint; after being satisfied they have replaced the mattress with a Balance brand mattress immediately with diffrence amount being paid through their gift voucher. Such a humble gesture form the company towards customers is well appreciated. Thanks to customer support team.
